Cory was organized, which made understanding the process easier. He made suggestions that helped us to have a quick sale at a price we were happy with and on a timeline that met our needs. While Cory is congenial, he still has the discipline to get the job done. His advice and teaching made the selling process as easy as it could be and if we were staying in the area we would have hired Cory to help us find our next home. Also, the photographer that Cory hired did a great job of presenting our home in its best light, without distorting the size or condition of the property.
